Responsibilities & Context:

Akij Ceramics Ltd., (Sanitaryware) seeks to appoint an experienced Assistant Manager who will drive sales growth of Rosa brand sanitary ware through corporate clients, institutions, and government projects. Build strong B2B relationships, manage project pipelines, and ensure product visibility in high-value projects across Bangladesh.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Develop corporate sales strategies for Rosa Brand Sanitaryware products across Bangladesh

  • Identify institutional buyers, EPC contractors, government procurement channels

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in corporate sector, NGOs, & public sector entities

  • Track upcoming construction projects—hotels, hospitals, schools, offices, & Govt infrastructures

  • Work with project consultants, architects, and engineers for product specification

  • Conduct Rosa Brand product presentations for project stakeholders

  • Respond to tenders and government procurement requirements

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply schedules in line with policy

  • Collaborate with logistics and clients to ensure timely delivery

  • Represent Akij Ceramics at events and trade shows to boost sales and build client networks

  • Oversee full sales cycle, ensuring timely orders, delivery, and customer support

  • Report on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback
