Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Assist the Company Secretary to ensure the smooth running of the company's secretarial function.
∎ 2.Key duties will include maintaining statutory and regulatory compliance, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing administrative support for board meetings and committees.
∎ 3.Assist Company Secretary to organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings.
∎ 4.Assist Company Secretary to drafting meeting minutes; maintaining minute books; certifying copies of minutes.
∎ 5.Assist Company Secretary to ensure that the company complies with its Memorandum and Articles of Association and, drafting and incorporating amendments in accordance with correct procedures.
∎ 6.Maintenance of Statutory Register.
∎ 7.Dealing with queries and requests from shareholders and different stakeholders;
