Commercial Import, Import through LC and TT.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, opening of L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with L/C opening Bank, C&F Agents, concerned agencies, Shipping companies/agent and insurance company.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import through L/C and T/T.
∎ Preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations.
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Truck Receipt, Country of Origin and other certificate).
∎ Obtain/renewal of all licenses (e.g., IRC, ERC, Trade License, Environmental Certificate, Membership Certificate etc.)
∎ Ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from Customs and save additional cost.
∎ Liaison with finance & accounts department for timely payment of L/C.
∎ Should have experience works with CCI&E and BIDA.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in import, international business, custom clearing & forwarding.
∎ Having sound knowledge on BEPZA and customs bond rules & regulations.
∎ Should have good communication skill in English (Written/ Verbal)
