Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- To ensure all commercial activities (L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & China regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties) through overseas communications.
- Maintain proper liaison with C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Banks, Shipping Lines, Insurance Companies, VAT departments, Transport Agents for Export & Import purpose etc.
- Follow up on Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
- Communicate with confirming bank to add confirmation of Import LC at a competitive price.
- Ability to prepare landed cost of imported goods
- Select the right logistic service based on international destinations and ensuring international delivery at the most affordable cost.
- Ability to prepare consignment wise estimated budget
- Attending Port examinations and preparing related documents and files and arranging ICD and BSTI sampling.
