∎ 3 to 5 years experience of Nirapon 90 days report submission and RSC audit support.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Nirapon 90 Days report making & submissionNirapon TSV audit supportNirapon SSv audit supportRSC follow-up/initial audit support, report preparation, CAP making and work expectationAuto Cad 2D/3D, Lumion ,Adobe Photoshop ,Office file ,mailing communication etc.IEB membership is requiredPrepare and review architectural drawings, renderings and specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project requirements.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges, and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Manage all construction work as per the projected time with due attention to rate analysis through proper market survey
∎ Day to day supervision of construction work as per the projected time with due attention methodology, progress and report to line management
∎ Supervision the repairing work of RCC frame structures ,prefab building
∎ Ability to manage project independently
∎ Sound knowledge in BNBC ,Compliance ,RSC & Nirapon guidelines
∎ Establish time span (Gantt chart) for project execution as per company requirements
∎ Assist to prepare budget , supervise and monitor construction works ,materials requirements ,time schedule ,installation ,maintenance and support.Maintain documentation and testing activities as per compliance with codes and specifications for successful execution of the projects
∎ Manage and follow-up renovation works as per the company schedule and projected time.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors
