Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in using Garber software for pattern making and working experience with Knit garments.
∎ To ensure consumption, pattern development, and grading.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate markers at best.
∎ Review and understand buyer and department heads comments on pattern samples and ensure necessary corrections as required by the buyer.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising, factories, and production team members.
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor CAD design standards & procedures to meet customer needs.
∎ Provide guidance and direction to the CAD team to ensure operational & technical excellence.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of process loss & wastage like rejection.
∎ Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments, and grading as per instructions
∎ To know Pattern making by Manual & Software and size-wise grading.
∎ Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ For confirmed orders, revising fabric consumption where required based on actual width details, calculating consumption details of other trims, and communicating the information to the merchants to support material ordering purposes.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ CAD, Knit Garments
∎ Good written and verbal communication in English.
∎ Good Analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relationship
∎ Able to Work Under stress and multitasking ability
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Pattern Making.
