• Experience in tender/procurement document preparation.

Target-Based Role:

• This is a monthly sales target-driven position. Applicants must be comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment with clearly defined KPIs and revenue goals.

Proven Software Sales Experience Required:

• Candidates must have solid and demonstrable experience in selling software solutions or services to institutions such as universities, NGOs, or enterprises. General sales or marketing experience without relevant exposure to software/IT sales will not be sufficient for this role.

Specialized Knowledge Needed:

• Software sales differs significantly from traditional product or service marketing. It requires an in-depth understanding of client pain points, solution-based selling, technical coordination, and longer sales cycles. Without prior knowledge and practical experience in this area, it will be challenging to perform effectively in this role.

Communication & Technical Skills:

• Applicants must have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, along with solid computer literacy. The ability to create compelling and professional presentations, proposals, and reports is essential for success in this role.

Perky Rabbit Corporation Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Business Development to lead client acquisition and relationship-building initiatives, particularly within the university and non-governmental organization (NGO) sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or software sales, along with a proven track record of building networks and driving partnerships in academic institutions and development organizations.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on universities, NGOs, and other institutional clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education and development sectors.
• Promote software solutions, IT services, and digital transformation offerings through consultative selling.
• Prepare and deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to align client requirements with solution delivery.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities in the academic and NGO sectors.
• Represent the company in industry events, seminars, and networking forums.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting through CRM and other internal systems.
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and performance KPIs.
