Job Responsibilities:
∎ Constantly working with the team to identify difficulties within the team for smooth sales operation and meet the KPI.
∎ Monitor and analyze overall performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve sales goals.
∎ Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
∎ Collaborate with other teams & business units, to ensure internal growth and network for successful project delivery.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and how to broaden the growth opportunities.
∎ You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a positive workplace culture.
