Responsibilities & Context:
  • Capable of efficiently preparing financials, cash flow, financial forecasting, balance sheet, budget & budgetary control of the whole company accounts.

  • Liaise and negotiate with financial institutions and banks for renewal of loans and new loans against ongoing and forthcoming projects of the Company.

  • Responsible for accurately compiling and preparing both sole and consolidated quarterly and annual financial reports. Ensure that the financial data is presented by accounting standards and organizational guidelines.

  • Preparing and maintaining all banking issues, bank reconciliation, bank loans, and others as per company requirements.

  • Preparing various official letters in English and Bengali for the Bank`s purpose.

  • Preparation and safe custody of documents required for auditor and other regulatory authorities as and when required.

  • To work independently on the preparation and filing of returns and statements and ensure that the filing of necessary returns is properly and smoothly performed.

  • To make effective contributions towards compliance with Corporate Governance and all legal and statutory requirements.

  • Maintain liaison with different regulatory authorities.

  • To ensure that the assignments are carried out timely and accurately.

  • To remain updated with the changes in the regulatory environment.

  • Maintain effective relationships with all Management Personnel to ensure the smooth operation of all administrative functions in the company.

  • Any other tasks as directed by the management.
