Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial & Production Engineering/Science Faculty from reputed University. Having an MBA will get preference.
Job Context:
∎ Unigas has constructed a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal & a Cylinder Manufacturing Plant in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite stations will be across the country. The company is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and high performing two Assistant Manager- Autogas Sales reporting to the Line Manager for two divisions.
∎ Job Location:North Division (Bogura, Rajshahi etc.) & South Division (Mongla, Khulna, Barisal etc.) with frequent visit to Auto gas sites of the country
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead Autogas Sales of a particular region under Line Manager. Driving sales & revenue targets for the team and to ensure that team is achieving optimum targets
∎ To set structured year-on-year Business Strategy for Auto Gas based on market intelligence, market trend and competition data
∎ To track and analyze up-to-date market feedback for Product, Price, Prospective and Promotional activities for Autogas Sales
∎ To create new accounts aiming to business growth and target, as well as to analyze team performance, identify skill gap, training need and to train & develop the team to achieve desired performance
∎ To maintain sustainable business relationship with existing customers, new accounts and key stakeholders of the
∎ Company; including Public & Private Projects, Legitimate Authorities, Different External Business Officials and PR groups within the Company
∎ To serve cross functionally to execute different programs and projects in the Company
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand customer requirements and provide sales support, secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
∎ Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels.
∎ Check client permission status and make liaison with relevant Government departments and keep files up to date.
∎ Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Managing a sales team for (4-6) years' being a Sr Ex/Assistant Manager, in LPG/CNG Industry
∎ To be a critical thinker, good analyst and should know to study/draw a big picture of the sales game
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills are requirement of this role
