∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience: 4-5 years relevant experience in Agro project.
∎ Experience to work in agricultural sector, organic agriculture, product value chain will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience to implement the donor-funded development project will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ A self-motivated and proactive person who believes to take the lead.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop Agro project work plans and ensure timely implementation of the project activities in line with work plans and activity schedules.
∎ Oversee & operate the Greenhouse and hydroponic crop production.
∎ Supervise subordinate staff at the project office level.
∎ Conduct field visits and monitoring of various divisions to ensure better production.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the government agriculture officers and local govt. authority, and local elites.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual project progress reports.
∎ Work closely with the Project Coordinator and the Management to implement the project properly.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Supervisor.
