Responsibilities & Context:

UK-Based Group of Companies

Responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group and financial statements individual companies

• Produce monthly management accounts for the group and other close companies.

• Supervise financial Statements in accordance with standard procedure.

• Ensure timely reporting of Financial Statements in monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.

• Supervise and monitor the reconciliation of all general ledger and subsidiary ledger

• Preparation of monthly/ quarterly/half yearly/annual budget as necessary.

• Monitor, review, control the accounting transaction, records and documentation

• Verify transactions are properly recorded into the register book and software.

• Prepare, submit & deal with NBR regarding monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly company Tax & VAT Compliances with required documents

• Deduction, collection and deposit of withholding VDS &TDS with treasury as per current law

• Bill management, vouching, invoicing, bill preparation, supplier maintenance, provide VAT Certificates

• Lead and manage an accounts team, providing guidance and oversight

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across all financial outputs

• Liaise with group accounts teams to support reporting requirements and internal deadlines

• Software Knowledge: QuickBooks, Sage Payroll. Excel. Ms Office

• Supervise the total working process as per requirement of Head Office in the UK.

• Any other work as assigned by management
