Responsibilities & Context:
Financial Transactions & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate financial records, ensure proper authorization for transactions, prepare vouchers and reconcile accounts, and monitor factory expenses.
Payroll & Disbursement
Assist with monthly payroll, track attendance and overtime, and manage statutory deductions such as income tax, provident fund, and other employee-related contributions.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Support budget preparation, monitor expenses against budgets, and analyze production costs to identify savings opportunities.
Inventory & Asset Management
Collaborate with Store and Production teams for inventory accuracy, assist in stock verification, and manage fixed assets and depreciation records.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare financial reports, support audits with documentation, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with the finance team and external parties, and support management with financial data and analysis.
1.Rent Collection & Deposit.
2.Advance received & issue money receipt.
3.Prepare Advance return voucher.
4.Posting in ERP-9 Tally Software (Received voucher, Journal voucher & Adjust entry).
