- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- BBA and MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university.

Additional Requirements: - 2–3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts & Finance.
Responsibilities & Context: - Maintain and manage general accounting functions including Cash Book, Bank Book, General Ledger, and Journal Entries.
- Prepare and review all types of vouchers, requisitions, bills, and supporting documents.
- Operate Tally ERP or similar accounting software independently for daily entries and reporting.
- Ensure VAT & TAX calculations, deductions, submissions, and compliance with NBR regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, cash flow reports, profit/loss accounts, and balance sheets.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, track discrepancies, and ensure timely settlements.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial forecasting for different departments and projects.
- Monitor payables, receivables, inventory status, and asset management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, customs officials, and government authorities regarding audits, loans, and compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records (manual and digital) for internal audits.
- Assist in establishing strong internal control systems, risk management practices, and cost efficiency.
- Support top management with financial analysis, strategic planning, and MIS reports.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
- Knowledge of online banking platforms and digital payment reconciliation.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, engineering, and management teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP software (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial reporting.
- Experience in project-based accounting, public tenders, and fund tracking will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle pressure independently
