  • 2–3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts & Finance.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and manage general accounting functions including Cash Book, Bank Book, General Ledger, and Journal Entries.

  • Prepare and review all types of vouchers, requisitions, bills, and supporting documents.

  • Operate Tally ERP or similar accounting software independently for daily entries and reporting.

  • Ensure VAT & TAX calculations, deductions, submissions, and compliance with NBR regulations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, cash flow reports, profit/loss accounts, and balance sheets.

  • Conduct bank reconciliations, track discrepancies, and ensure timely settlements.

  • Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial forecasting for different departments and projects.

  • Monitor payables, receivables, inventory status, and asset management.

  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, customs officials, and government authorities regarding audits, loans, and compliance.

  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records (manual and Software) for internal audits.

  • Assist in establishing strong internal control systems, risk management practices, and cost efficiency.

  • Support top management with financial analysis, strategic planning, and MIS reports.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.

  • Knowledge of online banking platforms and digital payment reconciliation.

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, engineering, and management teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Hands-on experience in Tally ERP software (Mandatory).

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial reporting.

  • Experience in project-based accounting, public tenders, and fund tracking will be an added advantage.

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle pressure independently
