Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate and financial records including ledgers and journals.
∎ Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliation.
∎ Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
∎ Ensure compliances with TAX regulations and support TAX filings.
∎ Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
∎ Collaboration with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
∎ Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision making.
∎ Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
∎ Maintain financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
∎ Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
