Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
Sound understanding of digital ad content, brand communication, and visual storytelling.
Must be proactive, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented.
Experience in the real estate industry will get preference.

Job Context:
Dreamway Holdings Ltd. one of the leading real estate companies in Bangladesh is looking for a creative, proactive and skilled Motion Graphics & Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in producing digital marketing materials such as property videos, OVCs and motion graphics for real estate campaigns. Experience in real estate or architectural visualization will be treated as an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce OVCs, property showcase videos, motion content for social media and digital platforms.
Create 2D/3D motion graphics, transitions and visual effects aligned with brand identity.
Collect and organize relevant stock footage, sound effects and background music for projects.
Perform color grading, audio correction and visual enhancements to improve overall video quality.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, content teams to plan and execute campaign visuals.
Optimize videos for various formats (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website, etc.).
Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving ability in tuning and finishing videos independently.
