Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall daily activities of a Knit Garments Accessories Store
∎ Follow up daily work, Separately follow up all component accessories of specific buyer, timely in-housing and inventory keeping, report sharing, sewing and finishing floor issue and return statement as per cutting challan.
∎ Maintain QMS systems in Accessories Store.
∎ Accessories Store experienced in inventory management, receive and delivery procedure by FIFO process.
∎ Maintain Bin Card system for all trims & accessories keeping, KIABI and LIDL Standards.
∎ Familiar with variety of Knit Garments accessories; (Label, Price Ticket, Sewing Thread, Zipper, Eyelet, Poly, Photoboard, Carton etc.)
∎ Deliver sewing and finishing accessories to the floor with challan, physical counting and sign of Sewing & Finishing Manager, In-Charge, Supervisor. Maintain Accessories distribution record sheet against cutting input challan.
∎ Work closely with Merchandising Dept. GPQ Team, Quality Team to prepare 10% Accessories Inspection report and Trims Card.
∎ Separately follow up meeting all Buyer with store officer & check daily line plan & manage accessories as per daily line loading plan.
∎ Contact with our other Departments in Knit Composite Factory for different type of problem; Merchandising, Commercial, Supply Chain, Trims and Accessories Dept (In-house).
∎ Coordinate & maintain General Store by communicating with supply Chain & Head office Purchase Dept.
∎ Maintain housekeeping and organized inventory for accessories item as per Buyer Trims & Accessories Requirement (Kiabi Norms or LIDL Quality Manual).
∎ Manage daily ERP posting on software after goods work order received, to daily in-housing, inventory sharing, order closing.
∎ Confirm Goods received from different supplier by ERP software in Accessories store.
∎ Ensure Audit update, with daily AND weekly inventory report.
∎ Make a monthly departmental meeting with all staff regarding buyer wise accessories inventory and adjustment and General Store goods whether excessive / old stock can be put to best use.
∎ Inform Merchandiser and Supplier if delivery short.
∎ Daily update report submit to the Director (Group)
