Responsibilities & Context:
Research global kids wear trends, colors, graphics, and themes.
Develop seasonal mood boards and design concepts (SS / FW).
Design complete kids wear collections (Baby, Toddler, Junior).
Prepare tech packs with full specification details.
Coordinate with merchandising and production teams for sample development.
Ensure child safety compliance in trims, prints, and accessories.
Conduct sample review and fitting sessions.
Maintain design documentation and archive.

2–5 years’ experience in kids wear design.
Strong knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop.
Understanding of fabric, trims, and kids wear safety standards.
Creative mindset with strong color and graphic sense.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
