Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the installation process of Autogas and reticulation systems in compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
∎ Coordinate installation schedules, ensuring timely completion and efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the quality of installations to maintain high standards of workmanship.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets in terms of system quantity.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and market trends.
∎ Participate in the formulation of sales goals, budgets, and strategies to maximize revenue generation.
∎ Maintain excellent customer service standards by fostering positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
∎ Regularly visit potential customers, engaging in presentations and discussions to showcase the benefits of Autogas and reticulation systems.
∎ Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales, building a strong pipeline of prospects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven experience in sales, installation, or project management related to Autogas or similar systems.
∎ Strong understanding of Autogas and reticulation systems, installation procedures, and safety protocols.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement and team collaboration.
∎ Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
∎ Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints with tact and professionalism.
