Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment.
∎ Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
∎ Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote users as required.
∎ Configure and manage security systems alone with all IPPABX, CCTV Surveillance System, Attendance Devices and Access control etc.
∎ Any other task regarding IT related issues given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Training/Trade Course: 2 years of experience in PC maintenance, LAN, IPPABX, CCTV Surveillance System, Attendance Devices and Access control etc preferable.
∎ Do not apply if you have no experience in computer servicing, network configuration.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be determined based on work experience.
