Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private University with B.Ed or M.Ed or both.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Academic Administration

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of planning and implementation of overall Academic activities in an IT enabled environment that should have distinct uniqueness
∎ Organizing and engaging students in class activity, co-curricular, extra-curricular activities and skill development program.
∎ Monitoring and assessing students' and teachers' performance and providing necessary action plan for further improvisation.
∎ Should be able to judge the needs, plan and organize teachers' training & development' programs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years of teaching career having experiences as an Assistant Headmaster in any reputed School.
∎ Sound academic background.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Excellent English Communication skills.
∎ Must have desired level of Skills in adapting Software and digital academic platform.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable.
