Educational Requirements:
∎ • BSc Engineer in Mechanical from BUET/CUET /KUET is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the technicalities of the Cement & Bag Plants/machines involved in manufacturing process and ensure compliance of routine/ periodical maintenance, care and preservation of the required standard.
∎ Verify per MT wise cost of spares, electricity and maintenance overhead as per Budget and Business track record.
∎ Ensure machine wise logbook maintained properly.
∎ Analyze operational processes and system controls’ effectiveness and efficiency in view to improve internal controls and propose value-added recommendations.
∎ Assist the Plant In-charge and other executives on technical issues whenever required.
∎ Ensure compliance of standard procurement system and optimum utilization of spares, equipment, lubricants and maintenance items etc. as per set and required standard, specified in the maintenance manual.
∎ To ensure all old replacement spares have been returned properly to Stores.
∎ Verify all Movement Orders (Store Requisition) and Purchase requisition relating to mechanical & electrical items whatever issued daily.
∎ Verify project implementation related progress of work and report on cost and time over run, also quality matter.
∎ Ensure selling of any obsolete item at factory is in accordance with Company Policy to obtain maximum value.
∎ To ensure factory stores & spares inventory level are maintained within budgeted target.
∎ Provide monthly compliance adherence report to Head of the Department.
∎ Verify consumable spares physically to make sure whether these are installed properly to the machines.
∎ Perform adhoc investigations requested by Senior Management.
∎ Any other audit responsibility assigned by Senior Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work independently and under tight schedule, with a strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Self-motivation and pro-activeness.
∎ Sound computer literacy specially in Word /Excel /PPT/Oracle ERP
∎ Good communication skill in English written and spoken
∎ Able to write audit report.
∎ Able to maintain confidentiality of work assignments.
Salary: Negotiable
