Intermediary experience in handling land related legal affairs.
Experienced in understanding floor layout, designs and drawings .
Responsibilities & Context:
Generate new deals for condominium and economy segment at Mohammadpur, Basundhara Residential Area and Keraniganj.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales generation target.
Responsible for physical and online communication with potential clients, Lead accumulation, Lead generation, Inbound and outbound calls management.
Responsible for client visit to the Project/ Site for the client’s physical inspection purpose.
Maintain client database and segregate the sales funneling as per sales/ lead stage.
Provide key account management support to the related stakeholders.
Submit monthly sales report.
Market study to identify the competition and suggest execution plans accordingly.
