Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains and improves product and operation quality by monitoring product requirements.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the lingerie garments.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Determine operational and performance qualification.
∎ Maintain and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and Technical support.
∎ Conduct audit and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Correct quality/technical instruction are exhibited on each quality work stations.
∎ Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment.
∎ Check randomly on all QI work stations once a day and make sure right product is passed.
∎ Responsible for monitoring hourly audit results of respective lines and resolve issue.
∎ Coordinate with all quality controllers understand and solve problems time to time.
∎ Initiate new ideas, process or system to reduce defects with improve quality.
∎ Monitor the defects are observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
∎ Take necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 15 years' experience in the same position.
∎ Working experience with all type of Lingerie Products.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fabric Manufacturing, Industrial & Production Engineering, Quality Controller/ Assurance, Quality Inspection, Textile Engineering.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on testing.
