∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains the comprehensive database of doctors and institution
∎ Generates secondary sales with the help of assigned Executives.
∎ Assigns Executives with territory-based promotions and sales
∎ Prepares budget for marketing activities and conducting the programs
∎ Formulates the staffing plan and selection criteria to facilitate management.
∎ Provides data regarding physician referrals and public relations to management for formulating overall marketing strategy, policy and implementation.
∎ Designs and implements marketing programs and sales initiatives.
∎ Arranges doctors visit with permissions and logistic support from Operations.
∎ Regulates and monitors subordinates’ activities as marketing personnel both inside and outside the organization
∎ Measures the performance level of employees in both quantifiable and qualitative manners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Hospital Manager.
∎ Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in English is MUST.
∎ Excellent knowledge in MS Office, email and Internet.
