∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Presenting and selling Products/ Services to current and potential Clients.
∎ Building, establishing and maintaining good relationship with the Clients.
∎ Having strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Contributing to the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan.
∎ Having vast knowledge about Marketing.
∎ Maintaining and control Marketing and Sales Department.
∎ Updating sales information to the Management
∎ Achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales target.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05-07 years of practical experience in the field of Real Estate Industry especially High Rise Apartment Building.
∎ Applicants should be good looking, smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well mannered and intelligent.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Positive attitude towards challenges.
∎ Must have good written and speaking ability in English & Bangla.
∎ Strong Customer Service Skills.
