Responsibilities & Context:
Establish and coordinate the preventive, regular maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
Prepare the cost reduction plan/energy savings and execute as per plan.
Review and check all assigned project installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.
Prepare new project BOQ, estimation & execute as per time & action plan.
Follow-up implementation of mold prevention engineering activities in the plants.
Prepare the monthly budgets for engineering spread them out it to all stakeholders and maintain them throughout the month with any major variances highlighted.
Circulate the temperature and humidity data of the warehouse, CTPAT & dry room daily.
