Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Management & Strategy
∎ Develop and execute financial strategies to achieve company goals.
∎ Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
∎ Provide financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
∎ Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
∎ Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
∎ Manage internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
∎ Monitor budgets and expenses to identify areas for cost optimization.
∎ Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
∎ Implement financial KPIs to measure and enhance business performance.
∎ Manage cash flow to maintain sufficient liquidity.
∎ Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
∎ Set performance targets and evaluate team performance regularly.
∎ Provide financial insights to assist senior management in decision-making.
∎ Support business initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and expansion plans.
∎ Oversee corporate tax compliance and develop tax planning strategies.
∎ Identify and mitigate financial risks including credit, market, and operational risks.
