  • MPF/MBA/Master’s in Accounting/Finance.

  • CA / CMA / ACCA (Partly Qualified) will get preference.

  • Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role in a Group of Companies.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.

  • Proven leadership and team management capability.

  • High level of integrity, analytical ability, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Supervise and control the overall accounting functions of all concerns under the Group.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Establish and enforce internal financial controls, policies, and procedures across the Group.
  • Should have sound knowledge and competences to prepare and reengineering of financial statements of the listed companies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly financial statements and timely submit to the RJSC&F, NBR, DSE, CSE, BSEC and other regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure timely submission of management reports, MIS, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Management for strategic decision-making.
  • Should have adequate knowledge in Equity finance, Debt finance and foreign finance.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Coordinate preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for all group companies.
  • Monitor budget performance and analyze variances with corrective recommendations.
  • Assist Management in financial planning and cost control initiatives.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all tax laws including Income Tax, VAT, Customs Duty, and other applicable regulations.
  • Supervise preparation and submission of statutory returns, tax computations, and assessments.
  • Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, BSEC, DSE, CSE and regulatory bodies as required.

4. Audit & Compliance

  • Coordinate internal and external audits of all group concerns.
  • Ensure timely completion of audit queries and implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the Central Accounts team.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring of finance personnel across group companies.
  • Ensure effective coordination between Central Accounts and individual concern accounts teams.
