Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
∎ Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
∎ Create new market opportunities and expand the customers for Cattle Feed sales.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
∎ Provide customer solutions and service to meet their needs.
∎ Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business development.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
∎ Others activities based management decision.
∎ New Hope Agrotech Bangladesh Ltd.-looking for some energetic, enthusiastic candidates for their Cattle feed items in the agro-based market. Candidates who have perfect experience in the Cattle feed industry, especially in Cattle consultancy & Sales will get extra privileges.
∎ Should have experience on cattle feed sales at least 4 years or above.
