  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Fluent in both English and Bengali; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, MS Office Suite, and data-driven sales analysis
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings, property visits, and client engagements

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all sales operations to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals. Personally engage in sales activities, demonstrate best practices, and meet individual sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and strategic prospecting to grow a strong pipeline of qualified buyers.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of a team of Sales Executives and Managers. Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews to drive results.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to potential investors and clients, clearly explaining the value of hotel ownership and timeshare packages. Address objections, negotiate terms, and close deals while safeguarding company profitability.
  • Achieve and exceed personal monthly targets, including a minimum of two sales (valued at 10 Lac BDT), and guide the team to achieve 300 ownerships or sales worth BDT 10.5–15 Crores within six months.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service, transparent communication, and exceptional post-sale support to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all sales activities, team performance, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands to refine sales tactics, adjust offerings, and align team efforts with market opportunities.
  • Ensure all sales operations are conducted with integrity, compliance, and alignment to company policies, ethical practices, and legal regulations.
  • Manage sales resources efficiently—including travel budgets, marketing tools, and lead allocation—to ensure maximum productivity and ROI.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team by organizing skills development workshops, sales training sessions, and performance-enhancing initiatives.
  • Recruit and onboard new sales professionals to scale operations as needed. Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and senior management to synchronize strategy and execution.
