Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the domestic and international sales & marketing team.
∎ Design and execute strategic marketing plans for both local and overseas markets.
∎ Identify and develop business opportunities in export markets.
∎ Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
∎ Oversee product promotion, branding, and digital marketing initiatives.
∎ Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.
∎ Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders.
∎ Represent the company in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and online marketplaces.
∎ Regularly report performance to senior management and suggest actionable improvements.
