Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain costing systems aligned with organizational objectives.
∎ Prepare and monitor annual budgets in coordination with department heads.
∎ Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
∎ Manage cost control processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Evaluate product and project profitability through detailed cost analysis.
∎ Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards and company policies.
∎ Supervise the budgeting team and provide training & mentoring.
∎ Prepare regular cost reports and present findings to senior management.
∎ Work closely with procurement, production, and finance teams for data integrity.
∎ Support audits by providing necessary cost and budget-related documents.
