Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and administer company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement.
∎ Maintain bill, voucher and ensure posting on ERP software.
∎ Check sales order and prepare customer aging report.
∎ Prepare report on customer overdue and follow up with sales team.
∎ Reconcile bank accounts with the accounts receivable ledger.
∎ Analyze inventory report and maintain standard procurement SOP (standard operating procedure).
∎ Analyze and interpret variances (Budget vs. Actual) on monthly basis.
∎ Maintain and update fixed asset and their periodic depreciation on register.
∎ Operate EPDA (Estimated Port Disbursement Account) and Voyage Costing.
∎ Maintain Ship cash account and monthly Salary sheet preparation.
∎ Assist in statutory auditing, L/C related activities and Fund management.
∎ Conduct internal audit independently and maintain record.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and year end closing and different kinds of financial report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have minimum 05 years of relevant experience in the Accounts department of FMCG Organization
∎ Microsoft Office Package and ERP software
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Sound interpersonal skill.
