Job Context:
∎ Looking for Assistant Finance Officer- Maternal-Neonatal Health Care and Family Planning Project.
∎ Duration of the contact : Up to 31 December 2019
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Upazila and union level overall financial and administrative management
∎ Financial management
∎ Provide required administrative support at union level.
∎ Coordinate with upazila coordinator and Sr. Accounts and Administrative Officer of project.
∎ Arrange, plan and ensure UH & FWC visitfor cross check stock and medicine registers.
∎ Assist to organize exchange sessions/visits with other community groups/community support groups.
∎ Provide administration support to service promoters.
∎ Assist to monthly/ quarterly/ semi-annual/ yearly programmatic reports & logistics for submission to Save the Children, Government Organization as per requirements.
∎ Help the Field Level Staff to understand the financial Format & other Computer Based function.
∎ Printing various forms and formats and distribute to the union level staff as needed.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when needed.

∎ Ability to Work in a team environment .
∎ Good command in MS Word & Excel;
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ SWF 10% on Basic salary and other facilities as per project policy of FIVDB
