Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline from any reputed institution (Public University preferable).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business opportunity.
∎ Set individual sales targets with sales team.
∎ Keeping the management daily update on sales progress.
∎ Take the challenge to meet the sales target and report to the management.
∎ Monitoring competitor activity and performance.
∎ To develop Channel Marketing and to find out new Dealer / Sub Dealer.
∎ Increasing brand and product awareness to the customers of the specific Territory.
∎ Preparing daily, Weekly Monthly reports according to business requirements.
∎ Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
∎ Record sales and send copies to the sales office

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4 – 5 years for Area Sales Manager.
∎ 2 – 3 years for Territory Sales Executive.
∎ 1 – 2 years for Assistant Executive.
∎ Sales Experience in Cement sector will be given preference.
∎ Excellent Negotiation skills.
∎ Must be able to operate computer (MSWord/Excel/Office/PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
