∎ Work experience in the Satellite Cable TV/Advertise firm/ Insurance Company sector will be an added advantage.
∎ Good command in both English and Bangla.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
∎ Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
∎ Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
∎ Should be acquainted with Bashundhara Residential Area.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
∎ Explore new scope of sales and arrange promotional activities.
∎ Manage social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, digital marketing campaigns and YouTube marketing.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Initiate innovative marketing strategic plans to increase business turnover and discuss with the top management for implementation of those strategies.
∎ Visit the field and survey the customer.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
∎ Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales manager.
