∎ Graduation in any discipline from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and achieve.
∎ Explore new scope of sales and arrange promotional activities.
∎ Expert on social media platforms sales & marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, manage digital marketing campaigns and You Tube marketing.
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic sales & marketing planning process.
∎ Initiate innovative marketing strategic plans to increase business turnover and discuss with the top management for implementation of those strategies.
∎ Visit the field and survey the customer.
∎ To create a business development plan as according to the business goals.
∎ Plan to improve the customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Work experience in the Satellite Cable TV or related will be an added advantage
∎ Good command in both English and Bangla.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Salary: Negotiable
