Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Order registration & generate report reference no.
∎ Receiving field inspection reports, photos etc. from the Inspectors.
∎ Preparation / finalize of inspection report based on field report for various Clients.
∎ Insert pictures in the Inspection reports.
∎ Uploading inspection report in CIS and Client’s website.
∎ Provide support and clarifications to the KAMs as and when required by them.
∎ Communication with DQM Team regarding new Customer creation and update to relevant software
∎ Prepare Online Booking on behalf of Customer and SGS part for some Customers.
∎ Prepare PI / Quotation for some Customers as required by Key Account Manager
∎ Prepare various summary data in Excel for various Clients / Affiliates and provide as and when required.
∎ Measurement sheet typing based on draft report.
∎ Scan, PDF, DSS of reports and documents.
∎ Order registration & generate report reference no.
