Responsibilities & Context:
Register inspection orders and generate report reference numbers in internal systems.
Receive field inspection reports, photos, and other documents from Inspectors.
Prepare and finalize inspection reports based on the data received from field inspectors.
Insert relevant photos and supporting visuals into inspection reports.
Upload finalized inspection reports to CIS and client portals/websites.
Provide support and clarification to Key Account Managers (KAMs) as needed.
Coordinate with the DQM Team for new customer creation and update details in relevant systems.
Prepare online booking entries on behalf of customers and SGS for selected clients.
Draft Proforma Invoices (PI) / Quotations as per the requirements of KAMs.
Create various summary reports and data sheets in Excel for clients and affiliates.
Type measurement sheets based on draft inspection reports.
Scan, convert to PDF, and digitally organize reports and related documentation.
