∎ Age at most 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Asist in Planning, Developing and Monitoring existing and prospective overseas market and assist in identifying appropriate business opportunities.
∎ Follow up and coordinate with Importers, factory end, and shipping lines regarding shipment
∎ Search for international Buyers/ Importers.
∎ Asist in Preparing effective overseas business plan in tune with the customer requirements and organization's profitability.
∎ Coordinate with the Factory Management for product delivery and schedule shipping activities accordingly and efficiently.
∎ Prepare all export related documents (contracts, L/C, freight etc.) within the required timeframe
∎ Identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with the Banking department and in coordination with the overseas customers.
∎ Ensure compliance to all organizational policies & procedures.
∎ Monitor financial transactions and maintain communication with the export authorities of all concerned countries.
∎ Monitor sales transactions and review customers' response for all orders and payments and resolve customer issues accordingly.
∎ Manage effective communication and good relation with different foreign and local stakeholders.
∎ Participate in international trade fairs.
