Responsibilities & Context:
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and co-ordinate with Team also to prepare test specimens and perform tests in accordance with documented testing method.
Specific Responsibilities
- Conduct visual and microscopical identification fiber types i.e. cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, etc.
- Prepare and analyze samples for fiber separation and content quantification using chemical or mechanical methods.
- Ensure all tests meet buyer and international standards.
- Follow up of the day-to-day improvement task as Instructed from Team Leader.
Safety & Quality Practices
- Follow lab safety protocols including PPE usage and chemical handling.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training sessions.
