Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Business Plans and strive for marketing opportunities through market research.
∎ Lead, manage and execute key activities that help grow the market share, sales and profitability.
∎ Plan and collect Market & Business data about various businesses and industries to develop constructive Business Plans/ Reports of existing and potential business.
∎ Formulate strategies and develop contents of online platforms e.g. website, social media etc.
∎ Liaise with Marketing and Product Development dept. to ensure brand consistency, follow up on market-oriented efforts.
∎ Communicate with different stakeholders to understand market requirements and acknowledge the Management accordingly.
∎ Engage thoroughly to identify areas of development in the existing business and coordinate all improvement plans.
∎ Prepare event plans and organize indoor and outdoor events and functions deemed necessary for building brand.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in reputed organization in Business Development/ Research & Development in FMCG/ Group of Companies.
∎ Smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills.
∎ Expert in MS Office package especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
