Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining social media group as moderator, initiate new topics & track data queries (query management) for all the brands.
∎ Planning and implementing a content marketing strategy.
∎ Interacting with customers, promoting brand, focusing on interaction and engaging content.
∎ Dealing with customer query, content creation, copy writing and mostly creative problem-solving ability.
∎ Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
∎ Generating reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

∎ Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
