Job Context:
∎ Stardust Telecom Ltd. is looking for Asst. Engineer - Tech Support, NMC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Routing and Switching Configuration with Core/Access Network
∎ IP, Core, Backbone managing and configuring with Community base
∎ Taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault
∎ Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone and email
∎ Advance knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, RSTP, MSTP
∎ Configuring and installing various network devices and services
∎ Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability
∎ Incoming/Outgoing Call handling for Reseller customer as well as trouble ticket maintaining
∎ Communicate with Upstream provider and liable vendor to ensure services availability.
∎ Raise trouble tickets to vendors and following up
∎ Network Documentation maintain with sincerely
∎ Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly network performance report
∎ DDOS Notification closely Monitoring and take initiative step
∎ Ability of Clients Internal Network Device configuration such as OLT, Switch, Router with different vendor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on FTTX, LAN, WAN, Access Point, Wireless Networking
∎ Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv6, OS, firewall
∎ Should have strong networking knowledge
∎ Training on MTCNA and in-depth hands-on experience on Mikrotik devices will get preference
∎ Good communication skill and teamwork
∎ Able to work in roster schedule including night shift
∎ Must working experience in ISP/IIG
