Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Assist in managing IT service delivery processes, including incident, problem, and request management.
Support Customer Success Managers by preparing service review reports and dashboards.
Track and follow up on service-related issues to ensure timely resolution and communication.
Coordinate with technical support, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve service disruptions.
Contribute to root cause analysis and help identify trends to prevent future issues.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, escalations, and customer interactions.
Participate in initiatives to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
