Education:

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Govt./Private university (Preferably from BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, AUST, Stamford, NSU, Asia Pacific)

• Application from candidates with B.Sc. from Diploma Background will not be accepted.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 26 years

• Good knowledge on material estimations

• Must have the mentality to visit sites out of Dhaka frequently

• Should have Strong Verbal and written communication skills

• Candidates should possess a positive and responsible mindset with a focus on professionalism in all tasks.

• Experience in Steel Structure construction will be given Preference.

• Implementation of the assigned projects.

• Ongoing evaluation of project activity and reporting on project progress to the supervisor.

• Giving support to erection team and solving problems when raised.

• Preparing schedule of project works.

• Preparing production and delivery order along with delivery schedule.

• Detail estimation and preparation of BOQ according to design.

• Preparing Current and Final bill of assigned projects.

• To be responsible for managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project.

• Visiting sites frequently and report to the supervisor.

• Maintain coordination among design Engineers/Architect, site personal and client.

• Mobile Bill

• Conveyance Bill

• Salary Review: Yearly
