Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Sound knowledge on FTTX, LAN, WAN, Access Point, Wireless Networking
∎ Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv6, OS, firewall
∎ Should have strong networking knowledge
∎ Training on MTCNA and in-depth hands-on experience on Mikrotik devices will get preference
∎ Good communication skill and teamwork
∎ Able to work in roster schedule including night shift
∎ Must working experience in ISP/IIG

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Routing and Switching Configuration with Core/Access Network.IP, Core, Backbone managing and configuring.
∎ Taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone and email.
∎ Advance knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, RSTP, MSTP.
∎ Configuring and installing various network devices and services.
∎ Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability.
∎ Incoming/Outgoing Call handling for Reseller customer as well as trouble ticket maintaining.
∎ Communicate with Upstream provider and liable vendor to ensure services availability.
∎ Raise trouble tickets to vendors and following up.
∎ Network Documentation maintain with sincerely.
∎ Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly network performance report.
∎ DDOS Notification closely Monitoring and take initiative step.
∎ Ability of Clients Internal Network Device configuration such as OLT, Switch, Router with different vendor.
