  • Sound knowledge on FTTX, LAN, WAN, Access Point, Wireless Networking
  • Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv6, OS, firewall
  • Should have strong networking knowledge
  • Training on MTCNA and in-depth hands-on experience on Mikrotik devices will get preference
  • Good communication skill and teamwork
  • Able to work in roster schedule including night shift
  • Must working experience in ISP/IIG


Responsibilities & Context:

Stardust Telecom Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Engineer - NMC & Tech Support for MiME - ISP operations.

  • Routing and Switching Configuration with Core/Access Network.IP, Core, Backbone managing and configuring.

  • Taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.

  • Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone and email.

  • Advance knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, RSTP, MSTP.

  • Configuring and installing various network devices and services.

  • Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability.

  • Incoming/Outgoing Call handling for Reseller customer as well as trouble ticket maintaining.

  • Communicate with Upstream provider and liable vendor to ensure services availability.

  • Raise trouble tickets to vendors and following up.

  • Network Documentation maintain with sincerely.

  • Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly network performance report.

  • DDOS Notification closely Monitoring and take initiative step.

  • Ability of Clients Internal Network Device configuration such as OLT, Switch, Router with different vendor.
